These Terms and Conditions govern the contracting of tourism services offered by Surfaris Chile Pro. By booking and paying, the client fully accepts the provisions outlined herein.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

1. Reservations and Payments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • All reservations are confirmed only upon full payment (100% of the tour price) through the payment methods available on our website or official channels.<\/li>
  • Groups are exclusive and small (maximum 3 surfers), so each spot is limited and unique.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    2. Cancellations and Refunds<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • No refunds are provided, except in cases of duly verified force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies, border closures, or other events that make the tour impossible).<\/li>
    • In case of force majeure, Surfaris Chile Pro will evaluate the situation and manage a full or partial refund as appropriate.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      3. Rescheduling<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • Each reservation may be rescheduled only once.<\/li>
      • The client must request this at least 10 days prior to the original tour date.<\/li>
      • Rescheduling is subject to availability in the tour calendar.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        4. Passenger Responsibility<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        • The client is responsible for maintaining the appropriate physical condition for surfing and for informing of any medical condition or limitation.<\/li>
        • The client must comply with the immigration, health, and documentation requirements necessary for entry and stay in Chile.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          5. Surfaris Chile Pro Responsibility<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          • We guarantee the provision of services as contracted, prioritizing safety, quality, sustainability, and respect for the natural and cultural environment.<\/li>
          • We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety, or force majeure, always ensuring the participants\u2019 well-being.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            6. Sustainability and Local Commitment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
            • Surfaris Chile Pro operates under principles of responsible, low-impact tourism.<\/li>
            • We work closely with local communities, producers, and service providers, promoting sustainable development and local surf culture.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t

              7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
              • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.<\/li>
              • The parties submit to the competent courts of the Biob\u00edo Region, Chile, to resolve any disputes.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
