These Terms and Conditions govern the contracting of tourism services offered by Surfaris Chile Pro. By booking and paying, the client fully accepts the provisions outlined herein.
1. Reservations and Payments
- All reservations are confirmed only upon full payment (100% of the tour price) through the payment methods available on our website or official channels.
- Groups are exclusive and small (maximum 3 surfers), so each spot is limited and unique.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- No refunds are provided, except in cases of duly verified force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies, border closures, or other events that make the tour impossible).
- In case of force majeure, Surfaris Chile Pro will evaluate the situation and manage a full or partial refund as appropriate.
3. Rescheduling
- Each reservation may be rescheduled only once.
- The client must request this at least 10 days prior to the original tour date.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability in the tour calendar.
4. Passenger Responsibility
- The client is responsible for maintaining the appropriate physical condition for surfing and for informing of any medical condition or limitation.
- The client must comply with the immigration, health, and documentation requirements necessary for entry and stay in Chile.
5. Surfaris Chile Pro Responsibility
- We guarantee the provision of services as contracted, prioritizing safety, quality, sustainability, and respect for the natural and cultural environment.
- We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety, or force majeure, always ensuring the participants’ well-being.
6. Sustainability and Local Commitment
- Surfaris Chile Pro operates under principles of responsible, low-impact tourism.
- We work closely with local communities, producers, and service providers, promoting sustainable development and local surf culture.
7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
- The parties submit to the competent courts of the Biobío Region, Chile, to resolve any disputes.
